Struck circa 1268-1275. + BOЄMVNDVS : COMЄS, cross pattée within angled polylobe; pellets joined to each angle; N with pellet on crossbar / + CIVITAS TRIPOLI, eight-rayed star within polylobe; pelleted crossbar in each angle; Is with pellets attached. Metcalf, Crusades 493; CCS 22. Iridescent toning, deposits, light roughness, traces of underlying luster. Good VF.
